Welcome to 3D GIFT LTD. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Information

3D GIFT LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK-based company specialising in 3D printed products for retail, wholesale, and custom orders.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

3. Delivery

• Delivery times are based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 14-day return policy for non-custom orders. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at the customer’s expense, unless faulty or damaged.
• Custom orders (including personalised and made-to-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged in transit.
• Faulty or damaged items must be reported by email within 5 days of delivery, with photographic evidence where possible.

5. Custom Orders

• For all custom designs, customers are responsible for checking order details (including spellings, dimensions, and design proofs) before confirming.
• We reserve the right to decline custom orders if the request is unsuitable for production.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses or delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the product purchased.

7. International Orders

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
